Kate was sitting on the booster seat at the kitchen table and it squeaked as she squirmed. So she did it again … and again. Then she looked at me and said,
“I think they made this out of mice.”
LOL! What a funny girl.

Christmas cheer (or my garland is showing!)
Posted in Uncategorized on December 11, 2008 | 3 Comments »
This year is my first attempt at more Christmas decorating than putting up a two-foot tree with a string of lights and a few ornaments! So here are the results – I was inspired by The Nester (over at nestingplacenc.blogspot.com – I really need to learn how to use links, don’t I?) and by the [...]

Grand Opening of Landmark Church!

Wow! I am overwhelmed, tired, excited and (as always) not praying as much as I should … but Landmark Church has it’s Grand Opening tomorrow!

You know, if you’re a parent, that many things are the same every day – no matter if it’s your birthday, a national holiday, or a personal crisis day. So was this Mother’s Day. But I do have two sweet girls, who give me so much joy, especially when I remember to look past the [...]
Prayer letter
Posted in Belleville, God, church, pray on May 3, 2008 | 2 Comments »
We’re sending out (almost) monthly prayer letters with specific updates about the church plant here in Belleville. If you want to receive one please let me know and I’ll send it along. (I can do snail mail or email, if you prefer.) Prayer is our most important support while we are joining God’s work in [...]
